- Automotive Servicing NC I and II
- Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC I and II
- Housekeeping NC II
- Driving NC II
The following requirements must be submitted to the registrar:
Incoming Freshmen
- School Form 10
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA Copy of Birth Certificate (Photocopy and Original)
- Two (2) pieces of 2X2 photographs
- Report Card or Form 138
- Basic Education Exit Exam
- One (1) Long Brown Envelope
- Incoming First Year students must undergo Entrance Exam.
Transferees
- Certificate of Transfer Credentials/ Honorable Dismissal
- Official Transcript of Record with CAV (Certification, Authentication, Verification)
- Two (2) pieces 2X2 Photographs
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy and Original)
- If Married, PSA Marriage Contract (Photocopy and Original)
- One (1) Long Brown Envelope
Returnees
- If returnee, same requirements as the transferee.
- For students enrolled immediately preceding the term, with no record of academic deficiency no status of dismissal from the institution or exclusion in his last term at KSI, including unofficial checklist need to be submitted.
- For those with previous academic delinquency status, interview with the Dean is required.
Note: All requirements submitted to the Registrar’s Office shall be kept for record purposes
Enrollment Procedure
| Step # | Details |
| 1 | Guidance/ Admission Officer answers all queries of the applicant with regards to College Admissions; discusses pre-admissions requirements and submits pre-admission requirements. |
| 2 | Admission Officer checks the completeness of the pre-admission requirements submitted by the applicant. |
| 3 | If submitted pre-admission requirements are incomplete, Admission Officer instructs applicant to fill out a promissory note. |
| 4 | If submitted pre-admission requirements are complete, Admission Officer instructs the applicant to pay the Classification Exam fee. |
| 5 | Cashier receives payment for Classification Exam and issues Official Receipts. |
| 6 | Admissions Officer checks OR and schedules the Classification Exam. |
| 7 | On scheduled day/time of Classification Exam, Guidance Officer administers the examination, checks it and interprets the exam results to the applicant. |
| 8 | Admission Officer issues Application Form for the Applicant to fill out. |
| 9 | Admission Officer classifies the Applicant based on the Exam result |
| 10 | Admission Officer notifies the Applicant the result of the Classification Exam. |
| 11 | Admission Officer encodes the Applicants information. |
