SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT
Requirements
- The basic requirement for eligibility for admission of a Senior High School Student to King Solomon Institute, Incorporated is the completion of Junior High School level program recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd).
Classes of enrollees
- New Students
Students who completed the Junior high school program both from private and public schools and have not enrolled from any Senior High School program.
- Old Students
Senior High School Grade 11 Students of King Solomon Institute, incorporated who continuously enrolled within the prescribed curriculum and completed the requirements from the preceding year.
- Returning Students
Senior High School students of King Solomon Institute, Inc. who temporarily stopped schooling and seek readmission for continuance of their studies.
- Transferees
Senior High School students who enrolled from other Senior High School program prior to their enrollment to King Solomon Institute, Inc.
- Foreign Students
Students who are not a Filipino Citizen
- Non-Junior High School Completer
Students who are not a Junior High school graduates but have passed the Alternative Learning System.
Registration and Enrollment
- The enrollment of students to KSI is conducted during the registration days indicated on the approved school calendar in accordance with defined procedures, subject to the following rules:
- When students register with KSI, it is understood that they are enrolling for the entire semester.
- Aside from the specified registration period, such as late enrollees, a student may enroll and be admitted in accordance with the rules of KSI, which shall not exceed ninety (90) days after the opening of classes.
- After the 90-day period mentioned above, no further enrolment will be allowed without prejudice to subsequent transfer by an enrolled student to another school during the academic year, provided that consent of both schools are obtained.
- A student is deemed officially enrolled in KSI after he has submitted his appropriate admission or transfer credentials.
- School basic fees are only intended for those non-voucher recipients payable either cash or installment in accordance with the approved KSI payment scheme.
- Fees are composed of the following:
- Tuition,
- Miscellaneous,
- and Other Fees.
- A student transferee is required to submit the Form 137 and Eligibility to Transfer certificate to KSI upon admission.
- In case the applicant is unable to submit the required credentials, he may be admitted for enrolment under probationary status as approved by the school Registrar.
- No foreign student shall be enrolled without the prior approval of the Department of Education and the Bureau of Immigration.
- To align the purpose of enrollment, the name and other personal data of each student as indicated on his birth certificate or alien certificate of registration shall prevail.

SCHOOL FEES
- Senior High School Department
- Payment shall be made through the school cashier.
- Regular tuition fee shall be applied for non-voucher recipient
- SHS regular tuition fee shall be made every end of the following month from the June up to the end of the school year.
- Students are obliged to pay to fulfil his/her monthly obligation prior to the examination date
- Once enrolled students are liable for the whole year school tuition fees
- Technical Vocation Courses
- Payment shall be made through the school cashier.
- Regular payment shall be applied for non-scholar student
- Scholar students are also responsible to pay the school administrative cost
- Once enrolled students are liable to pay the total school fees
